William Yontz has always loved anything to do with BBQ, from grills to meat to BBQ sauces. So when he had a party celebrating being 5 years cancer free, it seemed natural for him to throw together a sauce to go with pulled pork. Needless to say, it was a hit ! 5 years later , he has decided to share it with everyone.
Sweet Willie's Bar B Q Sauce is truly Lip Smack'n good. It is a combination of the best of Eastern NC and Western NC BBQ sauces. It's "Tangy Sweet with a little heat". Sweet Willie's Lip Smack'n Bar B Q Sauce is good on almost everything. Great on chicken and truly delicious on Pork ( Ribs, pulled pork and tenderloin). It's also good on hush puppies, roasted Corn on the cob, shrimp, eggs, vegetables and even brisket, it just depends on your taste buds...
